The If Walls Could Talk study group visited the Clarendon Hotel.
The Clarendon exudes 60 decades of downtown Phoenix history and is well known as the site of the infamous car bomb killing of award-winning Arizona Republic investigative reporter, Dan Bowles. The hotel is on the historical registry. Rumors still circulate that the building is haunted and ghosts walk the halls, including Don’s. The hotel has also hosted many of the great jazz and blues musicians, rappers, Hollywood actors, and those seeking a quieter haven in Phoenix. Following our rooftop ‘education,’ the group had a delicious lunch in the restaurant.

The new Crafting Trio for Art & Fun group got off to a creative start in January
